Next meeting, Sunday 5th July Wessex League fixture on Isle of Wight.
All age groups to include under 11's.
Meet at Southampton Ferry terminal no later than 8.30am for the 9.00am sailing to east cowes. Free coach to Sandown, athletics meeting then walk to the beach for swim and fish and chips, some adults may choose another option! then catch coach back to cowes for the 19.30pm ferry back to southampton arriving at 20.30pm.

Normally a great day out.
 
Options for the ferry:
Car with up to 6 passengers £35.00 online booking. £40.00 normal price.
Group foot passengers, minimum of 4 persons, £9.00 adults, £4.50 child under 15years.
Booking must be 4-5 days proir to travel.
Foot passengers £12.90 adults, £6.40 child and £8.00 senior citizens.
 
For large families the car this will be the cheaper option.
As for the rest a group foot passenger booking would be best.
So.............. I am prepared to book us on as a foot passenger group, but I will need to know numbers of:

Athletes attending.

Accompanying parents/guardians

And last, whether taking the car or travelling as foot passengers as group booking or as single foot passengers which can be bought on the day.

To make things easy for me, could you please let me know which travel option you are intending to take, as I will be booking the group foot passenger option no later than Tuesday 30th June.
