Minutes of Previous Meeting

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.

Sportshall equipment and new tee-shirts now available.

Notification received from UKA re affiliation and individual registration fees. It was agreed to await clarification from UKA.

Membership Secretary’s Report

Annual club membership will be collected from this week.

Team Managers Report

Club has competed in the Southern Road relays at Aldershot in September (5 teams) and two Hampshire XC meetings so far this season. New Forest Schools XC is at Gang Warily on Thursday November 30th. New Forest Primary Schools XC relays were organised and supported by the club. A well done to Cathy and Catherine for running in the road relays.

Coaching Co-Coordinator’s Report

It was agreed to work closer with the U11s group whenever possible. 

Development Plan

Development plan now updated. Meeting with Noadswood School on Tuesday 14th November to discuss future developments.

Clubmark

Awaiting result from UKA.

Newsletter/Website

Both appear to be working well, Copy of Newsletter will be placed on the notice board at Noadswood School.

New Forest Primary Schools Sportshall Championships to be held on Saturday 26th November at Applemore Recreation Centre.
