Christina Parsons had an excellent season and was mentioned in the local newpaper. Committee agreed to reward her for her fantastic achievements.
5. Team Managers Report - Tim Wilding gave short report on Dave’s behalf.
Recent Road Relays at Aldershot: 2 teams were entered this year. The Under 13 girls came 34th out of 48 teams. 2 reserves were bought in at the last minute. The Under 17 girls came 29th out of 29 teams. Cross Country fixtures out now. All agreed on which Wessex League dates to attend. The age groups are changing, so watch this space! 7. Treasurer’s Report
Phil has asked for monthly breakdown. Cathy keeping record of who pays each week.

8. New Members / Resignations
Rory Constable and Susan Roberts have resigned. Annual membership remains at £5.

9. Child Welfare Report
Nothing to report. Soph is still waiting for Tim W to give her dates to attend a course (Sophie given the dates at the meeting).
10. Under 11's Group
Pete to take group on a Tuesday evening. A new coach has been in touch with Tim, who is level 2 trained. Concern raised that we need to keep under 11’s interested in sport, in order for them to progress to older age groups in the future. Tim W to speak to Pete.
11. Any Other Business
New Forest Junior tops: Cathy to do poster to advertise tops. Tops will not be order in bulk.
Apart from Under 11’s will pay £10 membership, which will include a t-shirt.Social Event Agreed to book Ashlett Creek for Skittles Evening on 26th January. More details to follow.
Contact list of coaches – Soph to organise, to be given to coaches only and not put on internet. Soph is running Great South Run again this year and wants people to sponsor her, to raise money for Edith’s Home, a project to help children in Uganda. Thank you very much to those who’ve sponsored already.
