The minutes of the previous AGM were read and adopted.
Chairman's Report
The Chairman's report was read and adopted. Tim thanked everyone for their support and involvement.
Secretary's Report
No issues raised.
Coaching Co-ordinator's Report
The Coaching Co-ordinator's report was read and adopted
Membership Secretary's Report
Cathy reported that the club’s register and collection of training fees had worked well. A complete summary for the year had been passed to the treasurer. Tim thanked Cathy for all her hard work. Club membership including under elevens was 99.
Treasurer's Report
Balance at 20th September was £3318.58. It was agreed to appoint Karen Parsons to act as auditor for the Club. It was agreed that membership fees would increase to £7.00 per year.
Social Secretary's Report
Club did not hold any social events during the year. Skittles evening planned early January. Under Eleven’s Report Pete reported that he had taken over from Angi. Tim thanked Pete for his involvement. The group has again started to increase and is popular with our younger athletes thanks to Peter’s efforts.
Track and Field Report
Track and Field report read and adopted. Tim thanked Dave and his team for a successful season.
Development Plan
Tim said that Development plan has been updated and will be discussed at the next committee meeting. Draft attached. Noadswood School Tim reported that Noadswood School have installed a new long jump run up and pit. It was agreed to approach the school to ask for a 2 or 300m grass track adjacent to the long jump (behind the gym).

Any Other Business
Dave requested that Asst team managers be appointed for next season’s track and field meetings. It was also agreed to increase number of officials and volunteers.
Next committee meeting
to be held on Monday 15th November at the Pilgrims Inn.
