Minutes of Previous AGM
The minutes of the previous AGM were read and adopted.
Chairman's Report
The Chairman's report was read and adopted. Tim thanked everyone for their support and involvement.
Coaching Co-ordinator's Report
The Coaching Co-ordinator's report was read and adopted
Cathy reported that the club’s register and collection of training fees had worked well. A complete summary for the year will be passed to the treasurer in preparation for the club’s audit. Tim thanked Cathy and Sharon for all their hard work. Club membership including under elevens was 55. However the club had a total of 359 children attending throughout the year.
Balance at 30th September was £3689.54. It was agreed to appoint Karen Parsons to act as auditor again for the Club. It was agreed that membership fees would remain at £7.00 per year and that coaching fees should be unchanged. Tim thanked Phil for looking after the club’s finances. Last year’s accounts were adopted.
Social Secretary's Report
Track and Field report read and adopted. Tim thanked Dave and his team for another successful and enjoyable season.
Development Plan
Tim said that Development plan has been updated for 2008/9 and will be discussed at the next committee meeting.

Tim reported that Noadswood Sports College are planning to install a multi use, all weather, and secure floodlit training area. The club will have preferred use of this exciting facility and it is planned to include markings suitable for athletics. The club may have to contribute towards the markings. Improvements have been made to the 400m grass track ready for next year.

Dave asked that Asst team managers and additional officials be recruited for next season track and field meetings.
Tim reported that last year’s cross country season was disappointing with a reduced turnout and the group will be rebuilt for this coming season. It was decided not to enter the Wessex XC league for this coming season.
It was agreed to review and update as necessary the club website.
The meeting thanked Tim and Dave for all their hard work and commitment over the last few years.
