1	The club shall be called "New Forest Junior Athletic Club"
2	The objective of the club shall be to promote amateur athletics
3	The headquarters of the club shall be Noadswood School
4	The government of the club shall be vested in a committee consisting of a Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, Membership Secretary, Child Welfare Officer, Young Athlete's Representative and three other members. Additional posts may be created by the committee at their discretion if a need arises. Any vacancy which arises may be filled by the committee at the next meeting
5	The committee will meet a minimum of three times a year including the AGM
6	The AGM will be held in September and all members over fourteen years will be eligible to vote
7	Any member guilty of misconduct may be asked to leave
8	The chair will have the casting vote
