Charlotte Bates had an outstanding run in under seventeen women’s race, to take first place in 15.53 over the 4k course well ahead of the second runner. This was Charlotte’s first win of the season and as a result took the overall winners U17 trophy.      
 
The under thirteen girl’s (3k) found the opposition tough and could only finish eighth on the day. First finisher in 30th place was Gemma Knell (13.27), followed closely by Frankie Hooper 31st (13:28) with Stephanie Smallwood 33rd (13:41). The team were fifth overall.
  
In the under fifteen’s girl’s race over 3.2k, Alice Cole had a good run to finish 10th (13.46), with Becky Knell 15th (14:32), Amelia Faulkner-White was 16th (14.33) and Rachael Smallwood 19th (15.01). The team were third on the day and were delighted to take the third overall team medals.
